Aside from the spirit of lifelong learning, UTS-ers also showcased their strengths in the field of physical education and sports at the District level competition for the National Phu Dong Sports Festival in the academic year 2023 - 2024.

Soccer

The Primary Male Soccer Team has advanced to the Quarterfinals of the National Phu Dong Sports Festival and is ranked among the Top 8 strongest teams.

Badminton

In Badminton, three UTS athletes played excellently and achieved worthy results:

  • Ngo Hoang Uyen Phuong (Class 10.2) won the Gold Medal in the High School Women's Single Category.
  • Nguyen Tuong Nguyen (Class 7.1) and Dao Nguyen Dang Khoa (Class 7.5) won the Silver Medals in the Secondary School Men's Doubles Category for Grades 6-7.

Table tennis

Nguyen Tran Quoc Thang and Mai Tuan Kiet, (Class 7.1) two talented athletes, had achieved one Silver Medal and one Bronze Medal in the Table Tennis Secondary School Men’s Single Category.  

Swimming

Swimming is the last sport in which UTS-ers participated extremely enthusiastically and got a series of high achievements in Single and Relay Competition: 2 Gold Medals, 8 Silver Medals and 19 Bronze Medals.
