Bản đồ di chuyển trong quy trình đón học sinh

For secondary students:
Students will independently leave through the designated exit at Lobby 3, as shown in the diagram above. Parents should arrange to pick up students at Lobby 3. Once students have exited the gate, they are not allowed to return to the school unless there is an urgent situation and they should go through the registration process at the UTS main gate.
For primary students:
Parents should follow these steps using the entrance located near the basketball court area:
  • Step 1: Parents have to scan their Parent Card at the security gate to send the pick-up information to the classroom.
Note: If parents do not scan the card, students will not be notified that their parent has arrived.
  • Step 2: Parents should wait in the designated pick-up area assigned to each grade level. Parents should sit in the assigned area to make it easier for the student to find.
  • Step 3: Students will move to the location where their parents are waiting, and parents can pick up the student and leave.
Note:
– After picking up the student, parents are kindly requested to quickly leave the pick-up area to make space for other parents arriving later.
– If parents have waited for more than 10 minutes, please contact the Information Support Desk for assistance.
  • Step 4: After successfully picking up the student, parents scan their Parent Card at the security gate when leaving. Scanning the card also confirms the completion of the pick-up process.
