Kindergarten admission process at UTS

Admission requirements 

UTS welcomes children from 18 months to 5 years old. Before enrollment, each child will have a meeting with the school’s educational specialist to observe, interact, and better understand their personality and developmental needs. This is an important first step for the school to provide the most suitable support and guidance as the child transitions into a new learning environment.

Your child's enrollment file will include the following required documents:

  • Application form
  • Discount policy 
  • Fee schedule 
  • Certified copy or original copy with red stamp of the child’s birth certificate

  • Information and photo of the person authorized to pick up the child

Registration procedure

The enrollment process at UTS is designed to be clear and user-friendly, making it easy for parents to complete. The specific steps are as follows:

  • Schedule a consultation and campus tour to explore the learning environment for your child.
  • Schedule a meeting for your child with the school's specialist to observe their interactions, personality, and developmental needs.
  • Complete the enrollment documents, including: Application Form, fee schedule, and a certified copy or original copy with red stamp of the child’s birth certificate.

The admission period at UTS is open year-round with no fixed deadlines, offering parents flexibility in choosing the right time for enrollment.

Admission fee and Tuition fees
The UTS kindergarten program applies an annual tuition fee ranging from 133,800,000 VND to 155,800,000 VND, depending on the child’s age (from under 36 months to 6 years old). In addition, a one-time admission fee of 5,000,000 VND is required after the student is officially accepted and parents have completed the Application Form.
